Athletic Clearance

Access to the portal is coming soon. We are waiting on the FHSAA to give access, and will update TRS Families as soon as access is granted. In the meantime, students can complete their physical screenings and complete the required courses at the bottom of this page.

Directions to Getting Started

Step 1

  • Go to: HomeCampus.com

  • Select For Students & Parents > Select For 2026-27 > Login (if you have an account) or Create an Account.

Step 2

  • Choose Florida

  • Register or Log In

  • Select current school year

  • Select your school

Step 3

  • Fill out all information

  • Complete electronic signature (both parent and student)

Step 4

  • Upload up-to-date physical (EL2)

  • (Sign and upload page 4 only)

  • Make sure all signatures are complete with dates

Step 5

  • Upload proof of insurance

  • Upload EL1 (ECG Form) only for incoming 9th graders, or any 10-12th grader who has never played an FHSAA sport at their high school.

  • Complete and upload NFHSAA completion (Concussion, Cardiac, Heat Illness, Hazing Prevention, & Sportsmanship)

Step 6

  • Print confirmation form

  • Sign and date

  • Turn in to your Athletic Director - walt.darty@therock.school

Five Mandatory NFHS Courses

The FHSAA requires all head coaches, paid/supplemented coaches, and student-athletes at all levels to complete five mandatory NFHS courses annually. These must be completed prior to the first practice.

IMPORTANT: Schools must keep completion certificates on file. Failure to provide proof of completion upon FHSAA request may result in student/coach suspension and financial penalties for the school sport annually.

  • All courses are FREE, but you must "order" them to your dashboard to begin.

    1. Concussion in Sports

    2. Sudden Cardiac Arrest

    3. Heat Illness Prevention

    4. Bullying/Hazing

    5. Sportsmanship

  • Even though the courses are free ($0.00), you must "checkout" to add them to your account.

    • Step 1: Go to www.nfhslearn.com.

    • Step 2: Sign In to your account. If you do not have one, click Register to create a new profile.

    • Step 3: Click the Courses tab at the top of the page.

    • Step 4: Search for the required titles (e.g., "Concussion in Sports").

    • Step 5: Click View Course, then click Order Course.

    • Step 6: Select "Myself" as the course completed.

    • Step 7: Follow the prompts to finish the checkout. Note: Your total will be $0.00.

  • Once you have "ordered" the courses, follow these steps to begin:

    1. From your Dashboard, click My Courses.

    2. Click Begin Course on the specific module you wish to take.

    3. To Exit: If you need to stop, click "Back to Dashboard" to save your progress.

    4. Completion: Once finished, download and print your Certificate of Completion. You will need to provide this to the Athletic Department (or upload it to your Athletic Clearance profile).

    • Retaking Courses: If you have taken these in previous years, you must "re-order" the 2025-2026 version of the course to your dashboard to get a current certificate.

    • Technical Issues: If the course does not launch or you have login issues, please contact the NFHS Help Desk at 1-317-565-2023 or use the Help tab on their website.

    • Verification: Coaches can verify their completion status by clicking the "Coach Search" tab at the top of the NFHS homepage.
